We do not have a physical clinic location. By accessing this website, booking an appointment, or purchasing any product or service, you agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy described below.

2. Scope of Services

  • California residents: Naturopathic telehealth consultations may include clinical assessment, diagnostic discussion, and individualized care plans in compliance with California licensure laws.

  • Out-of-state residents: Services are limited to wellness education and lifestyle coaching.These sessions do not constitute medical treatment, diagnosis, or prescription care.

  • Emergency care: This platform is not for urgent or emergency services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

3. Telehealth Consent

By participating in telehealth visits, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Telehealth involves the use of secure electronic communications for consultation and treatment.

  • Potential benefits include convenience and accessibility; potential risks include technical interruptions and limited physical examination.

  • You may withdraw consent for telehealth services at any time by notifying the provider before or during a session.

  • In-person care, laboratory testing, or referral to another practitioner may be recommended when clinically necessary.

4. Scheduling, Payment, and Cancellations

  • Booking: Appointments are confirmed once payment is processed through our secure system.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment or missedsessions may be charged in full.

  • Refunds: Fees are non-refundable once the service has begun or materials have been provided.

  • Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule should be made at least 48 hours in advance.

5. Supplements, Labs, and Affiliates

  • WellnessRxND may recommend nutritional supplements or lab testing through third-party partners (e.g., Fullscript, specialty labs).

  • We do not manufacture supplements and are not responsible for third-party delivery, product availability, or adverse reactions.

  • We may receive a small commission from some affiliates, which does not influence clinical recommendations.
